Frames 2 will take place in two forms: mobile and stationary. In the first case, events will take place at different sites in the urban space of Pärnu, where representatives of different fields of art enter or leave the frames, carrying them from one place to another together. In the second case, more extensive acts, lectures and performances will take place in the courtyard of Kuumoon Café, including a seminar on the philosophy of fine arts, a stage poetry competition and a literary cabaret.

The aim of the campaign is to showcase the creative people of Pärnu and their creations, to promote cooperation between creative fields, to offer the audience an unexpected and unique artistic experience and to get young people involved in creative activities.
